Since opening our first international location in Bordeaux-Bègles in 2024, La Cage has continued to expand, with Aix-en-Provence and London joining the family in 2026.
And the journey is just getting started: two more restaurants are already planned for London, while Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and Ottawa are among the markets we’re considering as we look to expand further across Canada. Our new concept is also expected to make its way to Montréal in 2027.
This expansion allows us to take our unique way of experiencing sports beyond our borders, without ever losing sight of what makes La Cage, La Cage.
Since June 2024, La Cage in Bordeaux-Bègles has quickly become a go-to destination for sports fans. Our French cousins have found a place that fills a real gap: a lively, welcoming sports brasserie and (most importantly) equipped with giant screens to catch every play. We have to admit, they’ve also fallen for our iconic poutine, which is now almost as popular as the games on screen!
Following the success of Bordeaux-Bègles, La Cage Brasserie Sportive Québécoise continued its French adventure with the opening of a new location in Aix-en-Provence in 2026. In this vibrant city with a strong passion for sports, we’re continuing to share our own way of experiencing the game: a great atmosphere, giant screens and all the La Cage menu favourites. A second playing field in France that proves the La Cage spirit travels pretty well!
In 2026, La Cage crossed the Channel with the opening of LaCage Montréal Sports Brasserie in London, on Kensington High Street. For our first UK location, we took the concept to the next level with a more refined atmosphere, elevated dishes and an experience designed for enjoying sports from morning to night, while keeping the La Cage classics everyone loves.
And the adventure is far from over! Two more restaurants are already in the works in London, while our new concept is opening the door to new markets across Canada. Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and Ottawa are among the cities on our radar for what’s next.
And Montréal won’t be left out: this new La Cage concept is also expected to make its way to the city in 2027.
