GAME PLAN: 30-40 MINUTES

 

Keep your drumsticks frozen until it’s go time.

 

OVEN: Heat oven to 190°C / 375°F. Line a tray with parchment and toss the drumsticks. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Flip at halftime. Want 'em crispy? Finish under the broiler.

 

AIR FRYER: Heat fryer to 190°C / 375°F. Drop the drumsticks in the basket. Cook for 20 to 22 minutes. Flip at halftime.  The meat is considered fully cooked when its internal temperature reaches 74 °C / 165 °F.
