Cooking instruction

Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 177 °C/350 °F. For best results, place on a wire rack over a tray for 30 to 40 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Finish under the broiler until desired colour is reached.

Barbecue: Preheat barbecue to 177 °C/350 °F. Place wings directly on grill and close lid. Turn wings regularly. Cook until wings reach a golden-brown colour, about 20 to 25 minutes.

Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C/375 °F and place the wings in the basket and cook for 14 to 16 minutes. Turn them halfway through cooking.

Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze if thawed. The meat is considered fully cooked when its internal temperature reaches 74 °C/165 °F.
