Duties

  • Supervising kitchen and production line activities;
  • Fostering fun at work;
  • Preparing, assembling and plating dishes according to La Cage standards;
  • Ensuring the Cage atmosphere inside the restaurant;
  • Complying with hygiene and food safety regulations in effect.

Schedule: Evening, weekdays/weekend

Qualities

Strong organizational and leadership skills, tolerance to stress and good physical condition. Able to work in a team environment and of course, being a sports fan! Interest for our type of cuisine.

Experience Necessary

2-3 years of experience as a chef in a restaurant similar to La Cage. A certification from MAPAQ in hygiene and food safety (facility management or food handling) is an asset.
