Your role:
- Greeting customers according to La Cage standards
- Register our guests to Bookenda
- Offer guidance to our guests in their journey (dining room, take out, delivery, etc.)
- In charge of managing the reservations Bookenda (reception, sending confirmations, satisfaction follow-up, etc.)
- In charge of managing the seating plan
- Collaborating with dining room personnel and its manager in order to offer a prompt and courteous service, as well as a quality and safe experience to our guests
- Embodying the new La Cage bran
- Participate in restaurant opening and setting up
- Contributing to the effective operation of the restaurant as well as to its warm and friendly atmosphere
