In business since 1984, Sportscene Group Inc. operates Quebec’s leading chain of sports-themed resto-bars: La Cage aux Sports. Enjoying a strong brand image built on Sport Gang, Fun concept, La Cage aux Sports consists of 48 outlets throughout Quebec serving more than six million customers each year. A total of 33 Cages are either wholly owned by the Company or operated as joint ventures, while the remaining 15 are franchises. Some 2,300 employees work in the restaurants and at head office. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED OR DISCUSTED IN THE TREATMENT WE HAD FOR A FORTY'TH BIRTHDAY PARTY AT LA CAGE,WE HAD RESERVED ON A MONDAY FOR A SATURDAY AND ON THAT NIGHT THE MANAGER Ms FERDATI THE MANAGER I THINK ASKED US TO LEAVE BECAUSE THEY OVERBOOKED AND NEEDED THE TABLES.THEY NEVER EVEN ASKED IF WE WANTED TEA OR COFFEE AFTER OUR MEAL.TO TOP IF ALL OFF THAT MANAGER WAS SO DAMN RUDE TO US AT THE SAINT EUSTACHE LOCATION THAT YOU NOW HAVE 30 PEOPLE THAT WON'T GO BACK AND WILL ALSO PASS THIS ON,MAYBE TO THE LOCAL PAPERS AS WELL.MAYBE SHE DIDN'T REALISE SOME OF US SPOKE FRENCH AS WELL WHEN SHE MADE SOME COMMENTS.BUT AS A MANAGER SHE SHOULDN'T TAKE OUT HER LACK OF ORGANISATION SKILLS ON THE CLIENTS.IF I HAD AN EMPLOYEE LIKE THAT WORKING FOR ME SHE WOULD BE FIRED! MAYBE SHE SHOULD START BACK AT THE BOTTOM AGAIN BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T DESERVE BEING A MANAGER.
